Why we do what we do #1

In January we gave a TEDx talk called: Why having a purpose is sexy as hell. After, we recieved this message from a girl called Charlotte - this is why we do what we do:

"Your talk really made me realise the possibilities that could come from having such an amazing purpose, such as yours, underlying a company. The story of your mother was very touching. It really brought home to me how important and inspirational a purpose can be. That such purposes can change lives and through doing what you love, you can also help others and like you said 'change the world'. I had never really considered before that if more companies integrated a purpose into their businesses, but after your talk I thought that with so many companies around the world a huge difference could be made. Also that it'd help raise awareness for problems around the world which the general public would have no knowledge of.  I really do now think that a purpose is the way forward for companies. I'm going to start university next year and I don't know what I will do in the future but if I ever start a company, or join one, I'd want it to have a purpose that can change the world.
