Technicoloured dreams of Lebanon

'Paint Up' is an ongoing community project by the Dihzahyners, a team of artists based in Beirut, Lebanon. Dihzahyners strive to make their city bright and beautiful through colorful public art. The artists gather together and decorate the city, one step at a time. The group says, "We realized that we could add energy and vigor to our city by simply painting certain locations that needed it—and where else to start but with the stairs?

The Ayadina Initiative

One of Dihzahyners 'Paint Up' projects is the Ayadina Initiative, they worked with local school children and teachers to paint a set of steps in Beirut exploring the theme of 'Colour Education', with the aim to educate kids about colour and encourage community development.
